Why we should visit somewhere new and step outside our box. 🏛🕌🚘🚲⛷🎈😎🐾💃👯‍♀️👨‍❤️‍👨



One reason is It’s great for your mental health 😊.


One of the main reasons for getting away from it all is to escape everyday stress. Reprogram our thoughts, spend time ourselves or time with friends and family and of course relax by the pool.

Whatever it is, studies suggest it only takes a day or two of switching off for you to leave your troubles behind. You don’t need to go abroad to switch off either, we have the most beautiful castles, beaches and country side that we can escape too.


Too much stress isn’t good for your mental health and taking a break once in awhile can protect you from further mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety.


Visiting new places is also a great way to keep your brain active. When you’re young, you’re learning all the time. Mainly because you have to go to school. However, as you get older, your brain doesn’t always get as much exercise as it used to so visiting new places can stimulate our thinking and give us new health knowledge.


Did you know that your next adventure could provide the mental stimulation your brain needs to keep it ticking over and keeping you mentally active along with a healthy life style. Visiting a Forrest and taking deep breaths or visiting your local city and seeing sights you have never been to is very healthy.

🌻The amount of walking you’ll do while you’re away will really help your cardiovascular health, especially if your normal day involves sitting behind a desk and it will also help you to eat healthier by trying new cultures.


🌻 Jumping in the car with your best friends or loved one and just going on an adventure is the best feeling, you feel excited, you feel free from worries, you laugh, your united and you put everything that was a worry into prospective and it also allows you to deal with situations a little better when you return to reality. Or stepping out your comfort zone and adventuring alone is good for your soul, you meet new people, you feel strength, you feel like you have achieved something and you just feel content with your own company.
