My facial has been developed over 11 years & i must of done hundreds of facial treatments in that time.
Over the years I have developed my facial further through continuous training, knowledge & understending in how our bodies effect our overall skin apperance, you can tell a lot from
the skin, you can even tell what’s going on within the body, through signs of dehydration, discolouration, changes in skin texture etc, my facial has been developed & tailored to help each of my clients individually. I look forward to treating my clients with my tailored facial treatments at the Green Cabin from September 🌿
Cat's Facial massage is an easy, intuitive and absent from skin-care routines even though it can be a great alternative to invasive treatments like Botox. Like the rest of your body, your face has many muscles, and like your shoulders or back, it gets tight and holds on to stress & tension which can make your skin look dull, sluggish, dehydrated & can age you.
By relaxing your facial muscles and connective tissue, massaging the face softens expression lines around your eyes, lips and brows, helping to expel acne-causing toxins and de-puffs and brightens the eye area, increases circulation, oxygenating the blood and encouraging the presence of fresh, healing red blood cells to encourage cell re growth & delay premature ageing as well as unblocking sinus problems & relieving headaches.
Will also help with the following:
FACIAL SWELLING
Facial swelling can be due to allergies, hormones, medication, fatigue, illness, infection, injury, excess salt in the diet or weeping. Puffiness around the eyes can make you look tired and can lead to wrinkles. My Lymph drainage massage on the face will stimulate circulation of the lymphatic system, which pulls fluid away from your skin and underlying tissues and carries the fluid through lymph nodes, where it is purified before being returned to the cardiovascular system, I focus around the eye area that gathers fluid retention & around the jaw line that can with hold fluid causing puffiness.
COLD AND FLU SEASON
Many lymph nodes are located in the face and neck to defend against disease-causingorganisms that are inhaled or ingested. My Lymph drainage massage stimulates the circulation of fluid through lymph nodes, where disease causing organisms are destroyed by white blood cells. Try to have at least three lymph drainage massages on your face and neck at the beginning of the flu season to stimulate lymph circulation in those areas where the flu enters the body, the mouth and nose.
CHRONICALLY SWOLLEN LYMPH NODES
Many people have chronically swollen lymph nodes, often from repeated infections and childhood illnesses. First, it is important to have the nodes examined to rule out more serious conditions. If there is no serious condition causing the swollen nodes, and no infection is present, regular lymph drainage massage can help reduce swelling.
BEAUTIFYING THE SKIN
Lymph drainage massage carries away toxins from the dermal tissues, and allows increased nutrition to flow into the skin, improving its condition. Regular lymph drainage massage will change the appearance of the complexion & help your skin look radiant.
(Please Note: Due to Covid-19) treatment would have to be adapted. Analysing/keeping up with continuous training guidance for opening in September.
