🌿Grapefruit is another oil with a zesty influence. It’s your cheerful wake-up call!, inhaling grapefruit oil & then eating an apple is the equivalent of drinking two coffee’s!


🌿Lavender (True) helps you calm an anxious mind, help ease stress & relax the mind so you can think clearer.

🌿Eucalyptus clears the lungs and helps oxygen flow to the bloodstream. It’s very good in polluted environments and stuffy atmospheres.
